Haji Muhammad Khan, an old patron of the Anjuman, donates thousands of meter cloth in each Ramdhan-ul-Mubarik. Anjuman with the help of workers and gentry of the city distributes it without discrimination among the widows and the needy. Anjuman tries to make the access of the poor to the Government departments for financial aid and other issues possible. It not only makes sure the provision of educational needs to the bright and talented students for the continuation of their educational process but also assists the educated individuals in finding job opportunities
